Meaning

The machine is not getting enough water. Check that the tap is open, the inlet hose is not kinked and the inlet filter is clean, then restart once; if it returns, call a technician.

Severity

Low

Try first

  1. Check the tap is fully open. Turn it on and make sure plenty of water comes out.
  2. Look behind the machine. Straighten any kink or twist in the inlet hose or drain hose.
  3. Turn the tap off. Take off the inlet hose and clean the small filter in it next to the tap.

Do not

  • Do not use too much washing powder. Excess foam can block the water level system and cause this error.

Call a pro if

  • E10 comes back after you have checked the tap, hoses and filter.
  • The machine still takes in no water, or too little, with the tap open and the filter clean.
  • You see water leaking from the machine or hoses, or a hose looks damaged.
