- Check for a water cut. Run a kitchen or bathroom tap. No water there means a supply outage.
- Look at the inlet hose. Straighten it if it is pressed or kinked so water can flow.
- Open the sink cabinet. Make sure the valve on the dishwasher hose and the shut-off valve above it are both open.
Call a pro if
- The IE code comes back after you have checked the taps, valves and hose.
- You see water leaking from the hose, the valve or under the dishwasher.
- The dishwasher was newly installed or moved and still will not fill after you open the valves.
