- Open the tap fully. Hold a bucket under it and check that about 10 litres of water flow out each minute.
- Check that the supply hose is clear and not kinked.
- Clean the filters in the water supply hose. Check that the AquaStop hose is not blocked.

- The water flow at the fully open tap is well under 10 litres a minute. Call a plumber or fitter.
- E17 comes back after you have checked the tap, hose and filters.
- You see water leaking, or the AquaStop hose still looks blocked after cleaning.
