Code	Appliance	What it means
10	water heater	The flue gas temperature is too high, or the flue or air supply is faulty or blocked.
11	water heater	The water heater failed to ignite (no flame was detected) and has locked out.
12	water heater	The flame went out during operation, or the flame sensor signal is faulty.
16	water heater	The water heater overheated and the safety thermostat cut it out.
32	water heater	The hot water temperature sensor is faulty or disconnected.
61	water heater	The fan is faulty or is not reaching the correct speed.
72	water heater	The flame went out during operation, or the flame sensor signal is faulty.
