- Check that the drain hose is not blocked, pinched or kinked.
- Clear food and grit from the glass trap and filter in the bottom of the tub.
- Press and hold the Cancel button to reset the code. Do this once, then restart a cycle.

- The i20 code comes back after you have cleaned the filter, checked the hose and reset once.
- Water stays in the bottom of the machine and will not drain at all.
- You see water leaking, or the drain hose needs moving or fixing.
