Try first
- Check the tap is fully open. Turn it on and make sure plenty of water comes out.
- Look behind the machine. Straighten any kink or twist in the inlet hose or drain hose.
- Turn the tap off. Take off the inlet hose and clean the small filter in it next to the tap.
Do not
- Do not use too much washing powder. Excess foam can block the water level system and cause this error.
Call a pro if
- E10 comes back after you have checked the tap, hoses and filter.
- The machine still takes in no water, or too little, with the tap open and the filter clean.
- You see water leaking from the machine or hoses, or a hose looks damaged.
