6A	gas boiler	The boiler failed to ignite (no flame was detected) and has locked out.
A7	gas boiler	The hot water temperature sensor is faulty or disconnected.
C6	gas boiler	The fan is faulty or is not reaching the correct speed.
E2	gas boiler	A flow or return temperature sensor is faulty or disconnected.
E9	gas boiler	The boiler overheated and the safety thermostat cut it out.
EA	gas boiler	The flame went out during operation, or the flame sensor signal is faulty.
