- Press the POWER button to turn the dishwasher off, then wait about 10 seconds.
- Press POWER to switch it back on. Start one new cycle and see if HE comes back.
Call a pro if
- HE shows again after one new cycle. LG says the dishwasher then needs a repair service.
- The dishwasher keeps stopping mid-cycle, or the dishes come out cold, dirty or wet.
- You smell burning, see smoke, or the tub or door feels very hot. Switch it off and call.
