Do not
- Do not restart the dishwasher while there is water in the base of the machine. Remove the water first.
Call a pro if
- The code keeps coming back after you have checked the tap and the water supply.
- The inlet valve or hose looks frozen or blocked and the code does not clear.
- Water has overflowed or leaked. Turn off the main water supply first, then call.

- Switch the machine off and unplug it. Pull it out gently and check the water hose for kinks, bends or damage.
- Check that the water tap for the machine is turned fully open.
- Turn the water off first, then take off the hose and rinse the mesh filters. Refit the hose tight, turn the water on and run the machine again.
Do not
- Do not pull the machine out or touch the hoses while it is still plugged in.
Call a pro if
- The 4E code comes back after you have checked the tap, hose and filter.
- The hose looks damaged, or water leaks from a hose connection or from the machine.
- Water pressure is fine at other taps but the machine still will not fill.
