Try first
- Open the door. Move any laundry away from the door edge and the rubber seal, then close the door again.
- Switch the washer off. Press and hold START/PAUSE for 5 seconds, then switch it back on and try again.
- If the washer was unplugged or tripped off, plug it back in or switch the breaker back on, then try one cycle.
Call a pro if
- The dE code comes back after you have re-closed the door and reset the washer once.
- The door will not latch, or the door, hinge or latch looks bent or damaged.
